Re turning when going East on Galbraith and turning left onto Vine. 'DOTE investigated the eastbound Galbraith to northbound Vine left turn described in the email below. We observed the intersection during the morning school hours and peak morning rush hour and there was minimal volume and delay for this left turn movement. We checked for previous accidents for this left turn movement and the number of accidents was below the critical number of correctible accidents.
At this point, none of the warrants for a left turn phase are met and we do not recommend a left turn phase at this time. We will continue to monitor this intersection and movement. '
