The Basics National Church Residences is seeking to build a new construction 62-unit senior housing community in the Hartwell neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. This project will provide roughly 60 one-bedroom units targeting low to moderate income seniors. The Hartwell senior community will feature no cost, on-site service coordination to residents, offering essential services and critical links to resources in the community, such as health care assessments and legal assistance. Residents will also benefit from easy access to local amenities such as the adjacent Drake Center hospital and Kroger grocery store. A Metro stop is located just a 3-minute walk from the site, providing easy and affordable access to nearby recreation and other amenities. Population Served The proposed Hartwell senior housing community will serve senior residents ages 62 and above with low incomes who are suitable for independent living. Timeline National Church Residences anticipates construction to begin in the spring of 2023.
