The Hartwell Improvement Association (HIA) is your neighborhood council. The council informs residents about issues important to the neighborhood and works to strengthen the residential and business community of Hartwell through special development projects, beautification efforts, and community-wide events.

Meetings are held monthly at 7:00 p.m. on 3rd Tuesdays (except July and December) at the Hartwell Recreation Center.  The Hartwell recreation center is located at 8275 Vine St Cincinnati, Oh 45216.   All are welcome! Feel free to come a few minutes early to enjoy  conversation with your neighbors.

We encourage all residents and business owners or managers to join the HIA. Membership dues are used to support the council’s work in your neighborhood. To join, click your membership level from the options below.
