311Cincy Academy

311Cincy, the City's customer service program, is excited to announce the next 311Cincy Citizens Academy, which will be held in March 2026. This program welcomes residents to engage with staff to discover the inner workings of our City while learning about 311 call-taking programs, service requests processing, and building a network of community ambassadors.

Session Details:

The Citizens Academy will be conducted in four Wednesday evening (6-8pm) sessions in March 2026. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and must live or work in the City of Cincinnati. Deadline to apply is February 4th.
