HCC Sponsors Cooking Classes just in time for the holidays

Thanks to a grant from Children's Hospital, The HCC is offering a 5-week Cooking Class conducted by La Soupe. Classes will begin at 5pm Tuesday October 27 at the Hartwell Recreation Center. Class size limited to 12. The registration fee might be refunded if you qualify for a scholarship from La Soupe. First, what will you get? Each registrant will get a handmade cutting board (first come, first choice) made by an HCC volunteer. La Soupe will provide a knife and sharpener, a meat thermometer, and a cast iron pan. All foodstuffs used in the class will be provided and are included. People who successfully complete the course will also be eligible to win either a ceramic Dutch Oven or a high efficiency induction cook plate. To register LaSoupe Cooking Classes | Hartwell
