Light Up Hartwell will be Dec 6th, 2019 from 6:30PM to 8:30PM. The HIA has reserved the Hartwell Methodist Church located at 140 Parkway Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45216. This free event will feature horse drawn carriage rides, seasonal music, cookies and pictures with Santa.
