Light Up Hartwell will be Friday Dec 3rd from 6-8. This year the event will be held at the Presbyterian Church on Parkway. The HIA has reserved the horse drawn carriage for free carriage rides, candy, cookies, and hot chocolate. Bring your camera and take pictures with Santa.
